Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund the amount paid for that billing period.

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@frcsortho.com and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops all future renewals and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge was taken within the last 30 days you can also request a refund for it under the guarantee above.

Free trials require no payment details and no refund is required when a trial ends — the trial simply expires and you are not charged.
